1. General Terms

Flushop is a premium digital marketplace connecting creators with buyers. We provide the infrastructure for the sale of digital products including ebooks, courses, templates, and source code. All users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All items on Flushop are digital downloads. Once a payment is confirmed, you will instantly receive access to the download link via your checkout success screen, order tracking page, and email receipt. Download links are secured and expire after 7 days from purchase.

3. Digital Product License

By purchasing digital products, you agree to the following license terms:

• Personal Use: Products are for personal or commercial use unless otherwise specified.
• Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, share, or give away purchased products.
• Modifications: You may modify products for your own use but cannot distribute modified versions.
• Support: Product support is provided by the original creator according to their stated policies.
• Commercial Use: Commercial use licenses are granted unless product description specifies otherwise.

4. 7-Day Refund Policy

We stand by our products with a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The digital product is profoundly different from its description.
• The product is broken, non-functional, or contains malicious code.
• The download link is permanently inaccessible despite technical support assistance.

Change-of-mind refunds for digital products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis due to the easily replicable nature of digital files. Once a refund is issued, you must delete all copies of the digital product from your devices.

5. Seller Guidelines

• Revenue Share: Sellers retain 80% of their gross sales revenue. Flushop takes a 20% platform fee.
• Payouts: Payouts are processed weekly via mobile money (MoMo) or bank transfer.
• Content Ownership: Sellers must own the copyright or have express permission to sell any digital assets they list.
• Quality Standards: Products must match their descriptions and be free of malicious code.
• Prohibited Content: Fraudulent, stolen, illegal, or malicious materials will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Content Moderation: All products are subject to content moderation and may be flagged for review.

6. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors (Paystack, Lemon Squeezy) to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service.
• Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities or engage in fraud.
• Engage in chargeback fraud or payment abuse.
• Submit fraudulent or infringing content.
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.

You may request account deletion at any time through your dashboard. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed according to our privacy policy, but order data will be retained for legal compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: The Flushop platform, design, and branding are our intellectual property.
• User Content: Sellers retain ownership of their digital products but grant us license to display and sell them on the platform.
• Copyright Infringement: We respond to DMCA takedown notices and will remove infringing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flushop provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect damages, data loss, or revenue loss incurred by using our services.
• Product quality or functionality - these are the responsibility of individual sellers.
• Technical issues beyond our control (payment processor outages, internet connectivity, etc.).

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Governing Law
