2. Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Digital Products & Downloads
- All sales are for digital products delivered electronically.
- Upon successful payment, download links are provided immediately.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products.
- Products are for personal or commercial use as specified per product.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following situations:
- The product is significantly different from its description.
- The download link is broken and cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
- A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to support.

Flush Shop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or purchased products.
