How do I get my product after purchase?
After completing your order, your download link appears immediately on the success screen. You can also find all your purchases in My Account → Orders at any time. Your download never expires.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
Yes, you need a free account. This lets us store your order history and give you permanent access to your downloads. Creating an account takes under 60 seconds.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed by Paystack, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Flush Shop never sees or stores your card details. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
What currencies can I pay in?
Products are priced in USD. You can toggle to see prices in GHS (₵) using the currency switcher in the top navigation. Paystack handles the final conversion for your card.
Can I use a promo or discount code?
Yes! Enter your code in the Promo Code field on the checkout page before completing payment. Current active codes include FLUSH20 (20% off) and WELCOME10 (10% off for new users).
My download link is not working. What do I do?
First check My Account → Orders and click the download from there. If it still doesn't work, contact us on WhatsApp or email support.flushshop@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll fix it within 24 hours.
What file formats do the products come in?
It depends on the product type:
  • Ebooks — PDF
  • MOGRTs — .mogrt files for Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Templates — Canva links, .pptx, or .ai files
  • Courses — Video files (MP4) or external learning platform access
  • Code — ZIP containing source files with a README
Each product page specifies the exact format and requirements.
What software do I need to use the MOGRTs?
MOGRT files require Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019 or newer. Some MOGRTs also require Adobe After Effects to be installed. The product page specifies the minimum version required.
Can I use these products for commercial projects?
Yes. All Flush Shop products come with a commercial use licence by default. You can use them in client work, YouTube videos, social media, and paid projects. You may not resell or redistribute the original files.
Do products get updated? Will I receive updates?
When a product you own is updated, you receive the new version at no extra cost. Check My Orders for the latest download link. We notify customers of major updates by email.
Can I preview a product before buying?
Many products include a preview video or sample images on their product page. Click on any product to see its full description, preview media, and customer reviews before purchasing.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a 4-digit reset code. The code expires after 10 minutes. You can then set a new password immediately.
How do I see all my past purchases?
Log in and go to My Account → Orders. Every purchase you've made is listed there with its status and a download button. Your order history is permanent — it never disappears.
Can I change my email address?
Currently email changes require contacting support. Email us at support.flushshop@gmail.com from your current registered address with the new email you want to use. We'll update it within 48 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@flushshop.com with your registered email and the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll delete all your data within 7 business days. Note: your purchase history will be permanently deleted.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products if:
  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The download link is broken and not fixed within 48 hours
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice
We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind about a product you have already downloaded.
How do I request a refund?
Go to My Account → Orders, find your order, and click Request Refund. You can also contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your order ID and reason. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.
How do I become a seller on Flush Shop?
Fill in the Seller Application form. We review all applications within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you'll be able to list your products through your seller dashboard.
How much commission does Flush Shop take?
Flush Shop takes a 20% platform fee on every sale. You keep 80% of every transaction. Earnings are paid out weekly to your mobile money or bank account once you reach the minimum payout threshold.
What types of products can I sell?
You can sell any digital product including ebooks, online courses, design templates, MOGRT motion graphics packs, code scripts, and any other downloadable digital file. All products must be your original work or something you have the rights to sell.
Can I refer customers and earn commission?
Yes! Visit our Affiliate Program to generate your unique referral link. You earn 30% commission on every purchase made through your link, tracked for 60 days after a customer clicks it.
